We decided to engineer our own corn that would not just grow abundantly here, but that would taste like fried chicken (the winner of a vote on flavoring). It is certainly not our first foray into the field of genetically modified organisms (GMO), however we had disappointing results - as can be seen from the photo below.
A single kernel on the cob (original recipe flavored though!). We will have to review our calculations. On a related note, the chickens we keep laid cornbread muffins yesterday, so it's not a total failure.
